What we can answer

Which laptop a sleeve takes, what a bag measures, how the handle locks, which of two rolling bags has the lock and which the cup holder, and anything on a page here that looks wrong. Corrections are the letters we like best.

What we cannot

Orders, delivery dates, exchanges and refunds. Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Those live with our retail partner's own customer service, and a letter to us only adds a day.
